TTC Tour Brands has unveiled its enhanced Groups Programme, delivering what it says is its most significant set of improvements to date across Scheduled Groups, Custom Groups, Small Groups and Trafalgar River Cruises.

The company says the changes will deliver a faster, more transparent booking experience designed to make group travel easier to book and simpler to manage.

The enhancements are also “more rewarding” for travel agents, offering greater flexibility, stronger benefits and an even more seamless booking experience across Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Costsaver.

“Group travel continues to be one of the biggest growth opportunities for our travel agent partners, so it’s important we make doing business with us as simple and rewarding as possible,” said Kelly Jackson, Managing Director and SVP Sales, EMEA, TTC Tour Brands.

“These enhancements are all about removing complexity, giving agents greater flexibility and providing the tools they need to secure bookings with confidence. Whether they’re booking a scheduled departure, a completely bespoke itinerary or a river cruise, we’re making it easier than ever for agents to grow their group business while delivering exceptional experiences for their customers.”

A key feature of the enhanced programme is the expanded Custom Groups offering. Designed for groups of 15 or more guests, agents can create bespoke itineraries tailored to their clients’ interests, travel style and budget.

“From multi-generational family holidays and incentive groups to special interest travel and clubs, every itinerary is built from the ground up and supported by dedicated Groups Specialists from the initial planning stages through to departure, making complex group bookings easier than ever,” added Jackson.

“Agents now benefit from improved booking capabilities, enhanced two-way communication and real-time availability, allowing them to secure group space more efficiently and with greater confidence. Group pricing is locked in at the time of reservation, providing greater certainty for both agents and their customers.”

Agents can also combine group benefits with eligible promotional offers across TTC Tour Brands’ touring portfolio. The refreshed Scheduled Groups programme also introduces simplified deposit and release timelines.

To support the launch, TTC Tour Brands will be hosting dedicated training webinars, giving agents a complete overview of the enhancements while demonstrating how they can maximise the opportunities available through the new programme.

For Small Groups, agents can now place holds on bookings of nine to 10 guests, with additional availability accessible on request. Agents can choose from a range of benefits, including a 5% group discount, 50% off the tenth guest or an eighteenth guest travelling free. Small Groups also remain eligible for applicable promotional offers, creating even greater value for customers.

Trafalgar River Cruises has its own enhanced groups proposition, featuring stackable offers, group discounts and the new Groups Amenity Points (GAP Points) rewards programme.

Agents can redeem GAP Points towards onboard experiences including beverage packages, shore excursions and onboard credit. Additional benefits include complimentary places on selected departures, flexible group structures and enhanced launch offers across the 2027 season.
