The small-group operator has reported a surge in demand for European destinations

Small-group escorted tour operator Jules Verne has highlighted its portfolio of more than 60 European adventures, reporting a significant rise in demand for itineraries that explore the continent’s lesser-known regions.

The operator, which runs tours across 19 different European countries, noted a 67% increase in website traffic to its European pages during the first three months of 2026 compared to the final quarter of 2025.

The company is currently offering savings of up to 20% on selected European adventures for new bookings made between April 22 and May 29, 2026.

Jules Verne’s itineraries are designed for small groups, typically ranging from 10 to 16 people, and focus on cultural immersion and expert-led exploration.

Debbie O’Neill, Managing Director at Jules Verne, said: “Europe continues to be an extremely popular destination with our customers; in fact, we have seen a 67% increase in website traffic to our European tour pages in the first three months of 2026 when compared to the last three months of 2025.

“Notably, adventures that reveal a different side to the continent, such as our tours taking guests to explore Albania and the Baltics, are proving particularly popular.

“At Jules Verne, we are proud to offer a range of immersive journeys that are perfect for curious travellers hoping to see Europe in a whole new light – whether by exploring the lesser-known highlights of destinations that we know and love or by heading off the beaten track to countries which are still relatively undiscovered.”

Featured itineraries in the current collection include a seven-night exploration of Albania’s citadels and coastline, a cultural tour of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s national parks and Ottoman-era cities, and a coastal cruise of Croatia’s Unesco World Heritage sites.

Other highlighted routes include an eight-night Baltic Capitals Explorer covering Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland, as well as a tour of Southern Italy focusing on the ancient cave dwellings of Matera and the “trulli” houses of Alberobello.
