Following the success of its previous First-Time User (FTU) promotion, The Windsor by Heathrow has brought the offer back for a limited time, giving first-time guests 20% off its VIP Black Service.
The offer is available for bookings made now for travel between September 14 and November 30, 2026, and January 11 and March 31, 2027.
The VIP Black Service provides a private airport experience at Heathrow, with the promotion offering first-time users the chance to experience the service at a reduced rate.
All members of the travelling party must be first-time users to qualify. The Windsor by Heathrow’s Client Support Team will verify eligibility before confirming a booking.
Bookings under the promotion cannot be made online and must be arranged directly through the Client Support Team.
