Improved passenger experience initiatives include a focus on accessibility

Eurostar has opened its new service centre at St Pancras International in London. Improving accessibility has been central to the design of the new space, which aims to offer passengers improved ticketing and customer support experiences.

Two of the desks within the service centre are wheelchair accessible and have hearing induction loops installed. In total, it features three seated desks where customers can speak with Eurostar staff for ticket purchases, after-sales support and general enquiries.

Customer service podiums have been replaced in the new centre, which is designed to be a quieter environment than its predecessor and offers comfortable seating.

Five self-service ticket machines will be available for passengers who prefer to manage their journey digitally.

The service centre will be open daily until 7.45 pm, except on Christmas Day when it remains closed. It will open at 4.30 am from Monday to Friday, at 5.15 am on Saturdays and 6.45 am on Sundays.
