Princess Cruises’ Australian 2027-28 summer season will feature extended voyages in Western Australia

Princess Cruises has an extensive series of sailings featured in its Australian 2027-28 summer season.

Three Princess ships will sail in the region: Royal Princess, Grand Princess, and Sapphire Princess, offering voyages to New Zealand, full circumnavigations of the Australian continent, and South Pacific escapes to destinations like Fiji and Vanuatu.

The 2027-28 programme will offer a variety of homeports across Australia and New Zealand, including Sydney, Brisbane, Perth (Fremantle), and Auckland, with additional departures from Melbourne and Adelaide.

Sapphire Princess will be homeported in Fremantle, Western Australia for 2027-28 with Princess the only large premium cruise line to both return and to homeport a ship in Western Australia.

The season will feature a diverse range of roundtrip itineraries from Fremantle, including short seacations, voyages to the Coral Coast as well as Indonesia.

It will also operate extended voyages along the Kimberley Coast and overnight stays in Broome, giving guests a chance to experience one of Australia’s most spectacular regions in depth.

A 10-night Coral Coast voyage, sailing roundtrip from Fremantle onboard Sapphire Princess, starts from £844pp.

The cruise departs on Sunday January 2, 2028, calling at Exmouth, with an overnight stay in Broome, and the Kimberley Coast (scenic cruising).
