Princess’ “biggest ever” Europe programme open for bookings

Tallinn is among the European cities on Princess Cruises' 2028 itineraries.
Tallinn, Estonia

Princess Cruises will feature its biggest-ever Europe programme in 2028, with more cruises, departure ports and itineraries than ever before. The season will feature 291 departures on 150 itineraries from 13 ports aboard six ships – Caribbean Princess, Enchanted Princess, Majestic Princess, Regal Princess, Sky Princess and Sun Princess

The 2028 itineraries are on sale and range in duration from seven to 53 nights. The sailings will visit 128 destinations in 37 countries. That includes the debut of the 53-night Ultimate Pole to Pole Odyssey, sailing from Buenos Aires to Southampton and priced from £4,439 per person, one of 25 ‘Grand Adventure’ itineraries.

The cruise line’s Early Booking Bonus offers savings of up to £800 per room, early access to dining and a complimentary stateroom location upgrade for guests booking by July 14. That offer can be combined with Captain’s Circle savings, meaning eligible guests can enjoy total savings of up to £1,100 per room.

The 2028 programme features 32 late-night calls or overnight stays, allowing travellers to experience destinations after dark, including Belfast, Lisbon, Split, Stockholm and Tallinn.

Cultural immersion is also facilitated through Princess Local Connections and ‘Ultimate’ shore excursions. They enable guests to engage directly with local people, traditions and cuisine through experiences designed with regional experts and backed by Princess Cruises’ Guaranteed Return to Ship promise.

New itineraries include the eight-night Circle Ireland cruise on Caribbean Princess, priced from £869 per person, a round trip from Southampton, calling at Falmouth, Cork (Cobh), Dublin (Dún Laoghaire), Belfast, Killybegs and Galway.

From Southampton, 41 itineraries are available in the 2028 programme, with sailings from late-April until mid-October. Majestic Princess and Sky Princess will be homeported there for the season, with sailings around the British Isles and to destinations in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. Additionally, Caribbean Princess will sail on 19 open-jaw itineraries from the south coast port.

Eithne Williamson, Princess Cruises’ Vice President – UK, Ireland and EMEA, said: “This is our most ambitious Europe programme to date. The 2028 season brings together nearly 300 sailings across six ships, giving agents more opportunities than ever to match their customers with Europe’s most iconic and culturally rich destinations.

“With a broad range of Southampton departures, and more late-night and overnight stays across Europe, we’re giving guests more ways to experience each destination in depth, while making it easier for travel agents to offer greater choice, flexibility and value, and ultimately convert more bookings.

“As demand continues for premium destination-rich holidays, our 2028 season combines the comfort and service guests expect from Princess with itineraries that allow for deeper, more meaningful exploration across the region.”
