“Panama City is ideal for a stopover, at no extra cost. Travellers should visit Casco Viejo, a UNESCO World Heritage site, whose old town has colourful buildings and historical churches. Those who enjoy nature can check out Soberanía National Park’s rainforest, with excellent birdwatching.
