
Crystal has announced four Wellness at Sea retreats for 2027 aboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, combining fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and longevity-focused experiences.
The voyages are centred around culinary nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and education in longevity science. Guests can take part in yoga, Pilates, strength training, pickleball, meditation, sound healing, nutrition consultations, cooking demonstrations and lectures on healthy ageing.
Crystal’s four new Wellness at Sea retreats for 2027
The retreats include a transatlantic sailing from Fort Lauderdale to Las Palmas (March 20 to April 2), Panama to New York (August 20 to September 3), New York to San Juan (October12 to 21) and Lisbon to Fort Lauderdale (November 8 to 22).
Specialists joining the sailings include yoga instructors, fitness coaches, culinary nutrition experts, sound healers and a doctor of physical therapy.
Regent adds festive excursions and itineraries

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has introduced 56 new shore excursions and five pre- and post-cruise trips on land for the 2026 festive season.
The experiences will feature on selected voyages aboard Seven Seas Navigator, Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Prestige’s maiden voyage, with excursions centred around Christmas markets, seasonal food and local traditions across the Mediterranean. Included excursions cover destinations including Málaga, Limassol and Marseille, while Regent Choice experiences start from £92 per guest.
The cruise line has also introduced five multi-day land stays as part of Seven Seas Navigator’s first full winter Mediterranean season. Available before or after selected sailings, the itineraries explore festive destinations including Barcelona, Rome, Tuscany and Girona, with prices from £1,846 per guest.
Holiday sailings will also feature seasonal decor, festive entertainment and themed dining onboard.
Seabourn cuts fares on worldwide sailings

Seabourn is giving guests savings of up to 15% on selected ocean and expedition cruises departing between late 2026 and early 2029.
The promotion covers sailings across destinations including Antarctica, South America, the Caribbean, Japan and Southeast Asia aboard the line’s luxury ocean and expedition ships.
