Opening in December 2025, Bahia Principe will unveil its fifth property on the breathtaking Riviera Maya in Mexico. This new five-star hotel, exclusively for adults (18+), will be created through the full transformation of part of the Bahia Principe Grand Cobá.

The hotel will feature two pools, a swim-up bar, an international buffet, a Mexican snack bar, and two à la carte restaurants (Smokeyard and a Japanese-Peruvian fusion).
As part of the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya resort complex, guests at the new Bahia Principe Grand Tequila will also enjoy privileged access to the à la carte restaurants of the other Grand hotels within the complex –offering a total of 12 dining options and a truly diverse culinary experience.
