The 30 nominees for Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2024 listing have been named. Montreal and Toronto are each home to five dining establishments on the highly anticipated longlist that celebrates new culinary talent across Canada.
Air Canada has championed the country’s culinary scene since 2002 through its restaurant ranking programme. Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants is the country’s only restaurant ranking using a single, anonymous reviewer.
Based on the recommendations of a coast-to-coast panel of food experts, Air Canada sends one undercover writer to sample offerings from notable openings across the country over the course of a month.
Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2024 highlights restaurants that opened between late spring of 2023 and May 31 of this year and deliver exceptional experiences through the quality of their food, level of service and commitment to culinary creativity.
