Amtrak Vacations, Fort Myers, Kentucky, Orlando and Greater Palm Springs will be engaging with agents over the next few weeks in Visit USA’s popular programme of informative webinars.

The weekly 30-minute online presentations, which run most Tuesdays at 14.00, update agents on key selling points, tips and news to enhance their destination knowledge.

They feature a new member each week – a state, region, attraction, transport operator, accommodation provider or tour operator.

Agents who sit in on the Amtrak Vacations session on April 28 will learn how their clients can discover the USA by train in comfort and style. There will be information about scenic routes, customisable itineraries and insider tips to create unforgettable rail journeys across iconic American destinations from the East Coast Cities, the National Parks and beyond.

On May 5 agents will be offered an introduction to Fort Myers, and will hear about its location, accessibility, natural beauty, beaches, outdoor activities, cultural attractions, year-round events, and accommodations.

On May 12, it will be the turn of the Bluegrass state of Kentucky, which offers visitors a multi-faceted line up of attractions that include bourbon tours, horse farms, the largest cave system in the world, and museums that pay homage to two native sons – the 16th U.S. president Abraham Lincoln, and a world champion boxer, Muhammad Ali – the National Corvette Museum and the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and many others.

On May 26, find out what’s new in ever-evolving Orlando, from exciting theme park attractions to dining and entertainment experiences. Agents will also get hands-on with the Orlando Travel Academy’s brand-new AI-powered Itinerary Builder – an exclusive free tool for graduates designed to transform destination knowledge into polished, multi-day Orlando itineraries.

On June 16, Greater Palm Springs will woo agents with an overview of the California destination, highlighting how it should be sold as a year-round destination. Topics covered will include accessibility, key resort cities and accommodation options as well as the region’s wellness, outdoor adventure, arts and culture, culinary scene, major events and shopping and cultural experiences.

The webinars have proved increasingly popular with agents since they were launched in 2025, says Kate Kenward, Visit USA CEO.

“A lot of the same agents are tuning in on a weekly or very regular basis, and we are delighted to see that they are finding them so helpful.”

Other Visit USA members to feature on Visit USA’s webinar programme include Flagstaff (Arizona), Hawai’i, Park City (Utah), St. Louis (Missouri), Fort Lauderdale (Florida), Nevada, Portland (Oregon), Rocky Mountaineer’s Canyon Spirit, JetBlue, St. Pete-Clearwater (Florida), Oklahoma City, New York City and Missouri.

These and other previous webinars can be found in a ‘library’, which anyone can access on Visit USA’s website page.
