Agents who complete the six modules on Visit St. Pete-Clearwater’s new AI-powered training platform will be automatically entered into a “mega-FAM” draw.
The mega-FAM is scheduled for June 8–12, 2026 and will see the destination hosting 30 agents across two itineraries, which converge at the end of the trip. Participants will experience a range of highlights, including stays at key properties across downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach.
The itinerary will also feature immersive experiences such as exploring the destination’s renowned arts scene, dolphin spotting excursions, watersports along the Gulf, and relaxation on its award-winning beaches. Additional activities will include axe throwing, candle-making workshops, tiki cruises and sunset cocktail events.
The newly launched VisitSPCExpert.com offers a flexible, self-paced learning experience, allowing agents and travel professionals to become certified destination specialists. The platform covers key aspects of the region including hotels, attractions, dining, nightlife and experiences.
Peter Gregory, the organisation’s Training and Events Manager for the UK, described the platform as a comprehensive resource for both newcomers and seasoned sellers of the destination.
