All villa communities are within a short drive of the theme parks and have a facilities including communal pools, gyms, clubhouses, splashparks, games rooms, play parks, golf courses, restaurants and fitness Centre with games courts.

Edward Frampton–Fell, Managing Director, SPL Villas comments: “Expanding into the US is a monumental step for SPL Villas.  Introducing Orlando to our portfolio has been part of our long-term business plan and strategy from day one and we are over the moon to have made this expansion within the first two years of opening SPL Villas.

“We have launched with a carefully curated selection of villas which we will be adding to over the next few months to complete our collection of some 250 Florida properties by the end of the year.  The Orlando villa market is huge for UK holidaymakers and we are excited to be able to offer a strong programme of named villas to our agent friends through our trade partnership with Travelpack.”
