Numerous luxury hotels across Saint Lucia shared product updates at an event in London this week.
Windjammer Landing is launching a new real estate venture, La Belle Hélène, a luxury villa 10-room development near the Pitons, which will blend luxury residences with resort amenities.
The hotel recently underwent $40M transformation, upgrading from four-star to five-star and is now part of Leading Hotels of the World.
It is also currently completing renovations on entry-level rooms.

Bay Gardens Resorts
- Opening Sapphire Sands Villas early next year featuring 27 beachfront villas (4.5 stars).
- The existing portfolio includes three to 4.5 star hotels, offering options for luxury and family markets.
Coconut Bay and Serenity at Coconut Bay
- Closed for annual renovations, reopening October 4.
- Launching a fully renovated Harmony Wing which will have 125 rooms.
- Adding new concierge welcome suite, revamped Stargazers Lounge, and repainted wings.
- Community commitment is a focus with major investment in early childhood education through school upgrades and new island-wide preschool initiatives.
Coco Palm
- Recently closed for refurbishments to swim-up and garden rooms.
- Launching a new restaurant with a Japanese–West Indian fusion menu by Chef Richardson Skinner.
- Emphasis on family-owned legacy, digital strategy, and local culinary and community experiences.
Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain
- Focus on authenticity, sustainability, and supporting local artisans and producers.
- Coral nurseries, regenerative travel, and new Marine Health Alliance for visitor contributions to conservation.
- Jade Mountain continues to offer unique open-wall suites with Piton views which have been recently renovated.
Hotel Chocolat (Rabot Hotel)
- Set in a cacao estate, guests experience chocolate-making and sustainable farming.
- New cacao bar serving cocktails and an expanded restaurant area.
- Saint Lucian chocolate now sold in Hotel Chocolat stores in the U.S.
BodyHoliday and StolenTime
- BodyHoliday will host a fitness retreat with Olympian Julien Alfred and is now welcoming children aged 12 and above.
- StolenTime is offering new mindfulness retreats, including collaborations with London-based Psychic Sisters (who offer psychic readings and meditation).
- Both resorts are adding paddle courts.
