RwandAir is to start a daily non-stop service from London to Kigali, Rwanda’s capitol, launching October 29.
Customers flying from London Heathrow will now be able to reach Kigali in 8 hours 30 minutes. The flight departs London Heathrow (Terminal 3) at 20.30, arriving at Kigali the following morning at 07.00. The return flight departs Kigali at 23.35 and arrives the following morning at 06.20.
The daily service from London will be operated by the airline’s fleet of Airbus A330 aircraft in a two-class configuration offering Business and Economy options.
Travellers from London can experience onward travel via Kigali, with connections to/ from Cape Town, Johannesburg, Harare, Lusaka, Entebbe, Nairobi, Lagos, Accra and Douala.
Flights are now live, with good availability over the coming peak Christmas and New Year periods.
In addition to the introduction of the daily service, the airline has already commenced a non-stop service from Paris to Kigali.
The airline currently operates to 25 destinations in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
