PONANT returns to Japan with new cruises

PONANT is putting 10 Japan departures on sale for summer 2024. Two brand new itineraries and 11 exclusive ports of call are on the agenda.

PONANT has crafted nine exclusive itineraries and nine expedition journeys aboard Le Soléal and Le Jacques-Cartier.

Two of the new itineraries include:

Odyssey in the heart of Japan’s subtropical islands:  Ha Long – Naha, Okinawa, on Le Jacques-Cartier. March 4 to 16 2024, 13-days – 12-nights. From £7,610pp.

Kyushu’s secret islands and ancestral heritage: Kagoshima – Fukuoka, on Le Jacques-Cartier. Two sailings from April 20 and 27 2024, eight-days – seven-nights. From £4,650pp.

“Thanks to its small ships, PONANT can create the conditions for guests to approach protected ecosystems with the greatest respect for the places and cultures. It is a new order in terms of exploration, experience and Japanese tourism,”  said Ryo Ijichi, PONANT’s Japanese Expedition Leader.
