Palm Springs ready for a culinary feast

Visitors to the nine cities that make up the Greater Palm Springs area of California can take advantage of discounted meals and drinks in May.

Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week, presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, will run from May 31-June 9, 2024, offering residents and visitors 10 days of dining offers and cocktail hours from a record number of participating restaurants.

This year the annual culinary event features more than 70 participating restaurants, ranging from Michelin-recommended restaurants to farm-to-table gems. 

The special prix fixe menus are at fixed prices of $15, $25, and $35 for two-item lunches while for dinner gourmet dining options of three-plus items are on offer for $39, $49, $59 or $99. Other exclusive deals are available, including happy hour and drinks specials.

The nine districts of the Greater Palm Springs area are Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio and Coachella.

Attractions beyond their culinary scene include dramatic scenery, sunny skies, luxurious resorts and boutique hotels, world-class spas, entertainment venues and championship golf. 

Signature events such as the Palm Spring International Film Festival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, The American Express and The Galleri Classic golf tournaments, BNP Paribas Open Tennis Championship, Modernism Week, Stagecoach County Music Festival, BMW Performance Driving Experience and many more.

All are an easy car ride from Los Angeles (two hours and 15 minutes), San Diego (two hours and 30 minutes) and Las Vegas (four hours and 15 minutes), while Palm Springs International Airport connects to more than 500 cities within North America.
