New way to Play in Ontario

There will be another flight option between the UK and Canada this summer after Icelandic budget airline Play announced a new route to Ontario.

The airline, a successor to Wow Airlines, plans to fly to Hamilton’s John C. Munro Airport, located 80 kilometres southwest of Toronto Pearson International Airport, from 13 European destinations, including London.

The flights are scheduled to start on June 23, with a daily flight via Play’s hub in Reykjavik.

Described as an ultra-low-cost airline, Play’s other European destinations include Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Copenhagen, Brussels and Stockholm.
