New direct flights between London and Scandinavian Mountains Airport

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) will introduce direct flights between London Heathrow and Scandinavian Mountains Airport in central Sweden on February 2 2025. The flights will operate each Sunday until March 30 2025.

Additionally, during the 2025-26 winter season, Crystal Ski Holidays, part of TUI Group, will operate flights from London Gatwick to Scandinavian Mountains Airport. The departures will start on December 21 2025 and continue until April 5 2026.

The new flights offer quick transfers to ski and winter holiday resorts in Dalarna, with a 10-minute transfer to the slopes of Sälen. The region has more than 250 pistes offering slopes suitable for skiers of all levels.

The region offers a family-friendly atmosphere and photogenic winter landscapes. The area offers a range of winter activities, including dog sledding, snowmobile safaris and snowshoe expeditions.
