Leger Shearings Group has published new brochures offering a range of escorted holidays, many for bookings until October 2026. They are available online and travel agents can request hard copies from BP TradeGate.
The Leger Holidays’ Europe & Worldwide brochure has 274 pages of European holiday ideas, festive breaks, solo traveller holidays, special interest tours, battlefield tours, rail holidays, cruise holidays and long-haul tours to the USA, Canada, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Cambodia, South Africa, Japan and Australia. It features 16 new tours, including three sea cruises. Coach travel dominates in the collection but air and rail travel options are also available.
More than 40 rail tours are presented in the dedicated Leger Fully Escorted Rail Holidaysbrochure. The holidays feature the option to travel by rail to the destination and/or a rail experience while underway.
The rail travel is by Eurostar to France or Belgium and then by connecting high-speed trains for onward journeys.
Eight new tours have been introduced, including Paris, Versailles and Monet’s Garden Weekend for Solo Travellers; Monet’s Garden and Chateaux of the Loire Valley; Lakes, Mountains and Railways of Switzerland; Classic Cities of Spain and Alhambra Palace by Rail or Air; The Majestic Peaks and Lakes of the Jungfrau Railways; Scenic Mountain Railways and Glaciers of Switzerland; Swiss Christmas Markets and the GoldenPass Express; and Strasbourg and Black Forest Christmas Markets by Rail.
The escorted coach tours company Shearings published three new brochures in September: Discover the Best of Europe, Discover the Best of the UK and Ireland and Self-Drive Breaks.
Shearings’ Discover the Best of Europe brochure details more than 90 escorted coach tours priced from £379pp. Tours to popular destinations – including France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Ireland – are included along with festive breaks, river cruises and new sea cruises.
The Self-Drive Breaks brochure has more than 20 hotel breaks priced from £129pp, to appeal to independent travellers who like to make their own way to the hotel and explore at their own pace.
The brochure includes 18 self-drive experiences. The tours are designed for those who like to combine the convenience of making their own way to the destination with a programme of escorted coach excursions.
The new Shearings’ UK & Ireland brochure has established favourites plus a recently launched collection of direct-route mini-breaks. Giving more time at the destination, the new three-day UK mini-breaks offer shorter journey times, limited stops along the way and no change of coach at an interchange.
The collection includes music and theatre breaks, events, short stays and weekends away. All breaks are escorted and have knowledgeable, experienced drivers.
An expanded selection of solo traveller tours is included in the brochure, which adds five new tours: Delights of the English Riviera for Solo Travellers; Highlights of the Lake District for Solo Travellers; Scotland’s West Coast and Isle of Bute for Solo Travellers; Loch Ness and Inverness for Solo Travellers; and Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Royal Windsor for Solo Travellers.
Ashley Dellow, Head of Retail Sales at Leger Shearings Group, said: “It’s been a very busy four weeks with five new brochures launched with lots of new products.
“They’re available to view online, although agents tell me hard copies still have a place in their shops, as some customers prefer to flick through pages, rather than scroll online! Agents can contact me for printed brochures or order from BP TradeGate.“
Agents can make trade bookings via the Shearings and Leger websites.
