Kirker Holidays has launched its new Spain and Portugal brochure for 2025/26 and has expanded its range of hotels and cultural experiences across the Iberian Peninsula.
A recent Luxury Travel Report by Preferred Hotels and Resorts found that ‘legacy moments’ are the new luxury currency, with over 90% of luxury travellers saying they value curated experiences that feel effortless yet are expertly crafted
With this in mind, Kirker has added a number of enhanced experiences to deepen travellers’ connection with Iberian culture and to align with growing interest in immersive, culturally rich experiences.
Kirker’s enhanced added-value offerings include:
- The luxury Al Andalus train now features a new route from Seville to Madrid via Mérida and Cáceres, showcasing Roman ruins and medieval towns paired with fine dining and onboard entertainment in restored 1920s carriages.
- In Córdoba, clients receive complimentary entrance to the Mezquita, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Lisbon food and Fado tours now include tastings of local delicacies such as pastéis de nata, ginjinha, and grilled sardines, with the option to add a traditional Fado dinner evening
New destinations for the upcoming season include La Palma, Gran Canaria and Alicante.
On La Palma, clients can explore volcanic landscapes, UNESCO-designated Starlight skies, and forests, ideal for hiking, stargazing and nature-led itineraries.
Gran Canaria offers a mix of beach and culture, from black-sand coves to the historic Vegueta district in Las Palmas, home to colonial mansions and gothic cathedrals.
In Alicante, just two hours from Valencia, agents can promote a relaxed coastal escape with a walkable old town, lively food markets and the impressive Santa Bárbara Castle overlooking the bay.
New hotel options in the brochure include:
- Parador de Toledo with panoramic views over the historic city
- METT Marbella Estepona on the Costa del Sol
