Delta Air Lines has reached the milestone of the 1,000th installation of Delta Sync Wi-Fi presented by T-Mobile.
That means that fast, complimentary Wi-Fi is available on approximately 75% of the airline’s fleet.
Delta says it aims to deliver a premium, connected and more personalised experience to every customer on every flight.
SkyMiles members can access Delta Sync Wi-Fi. More than 100 million sessions have so far been logged on Delta Sync Wi-Fi.

Plans exist to enhance the seatback Kids Map over the coming months. Additionally, Destination Stories will become available on select flights, transforming seatback screen into a story-led travel guide.
“Delta’s commitment to delivering connectivity for every customer has been game-changing, both for our customers and for the industry at large,” said Ranjan Goswami, Senior Vice President, Customer Experience Design at Delta Air Lines.
“We’re turning our planes into platforms, where customers can stay entertained, connected and informed from take-off to landing. Delta Sync is the enabler that makes these personalised experiences and exclusive offers possible,” continued Goswami.
Delta operates direct flights from London Heathrow to Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, Minneapolis–St. Paul, New York City, Salt Lake City, Seattle, and Orlando. Nonstop flights from Edinburgh head to Atlanta, New York-JFK, and Boston.
