Incredible Journeys has introduced Tour Amigo, which provides booking software for tour and cruise operators, to its contact centre.
The partnership is expected to streamline the search, quote and booking process, reduce call handling times and expand the range of product available.
Agents now have access to Tour Amigo’s global inventory of products and touring suppliers, which can be searched and filtered to discover desired destinations, touring styles and durations.
