TTM offers exclusive client training to agents

UK representation company Travel & Tourism Marketing Ltd (TTM) is offering agents and reservations teams across the UK and Ireland the chance to join them during a series of virtual destination and product training.

TTM’s dedicated account managers will front the daily trainings on destinations as diverse as West Virginia and AlUla, Saudi Arabia and tourism experiences such as Maverick Helicopters, which operates flightseeing trips in Las Vegas, to the Grand Canyon and in Hawaii.

They will share personal experiences and anecdotes of the destination and answer questions.

Numbers are limited to 10 agents per session to allow for personal training and the Q&A sessions.

Neil Jones, Director at Travel & Tourism Marketing Ltd commented; “We realised that we could engage travel agents and tour operator reservations with informal, intimate and fun virtual training sessions to build knowledge of our destinations and answer questions. Working together to inspire confidence to make informed recommendations to their clients, helping them to secure bookings.”

Kate Holroyd from Strawberry Holidays, who has participated in several sessions, commented: “Thanks for this morning – it was a fantastic session, I learned a lot.”

Forthcoming sessions are Tuesday May 19, Maverick Helicopters; Wednesday May 20, West Virginia; Thursday May 21, Discover New England; Friday May 22, Texas; Tuesday May 26, Tennessee; Wednesday May 27, Massachusetts; Thursday May 28 New Orleans and Louisiana; Friday May 29, AlUla, Saudi Arabia.
