Southern USA destinations launch dedicated training platform

Kentucky Tourism, Memphis Tourism and Visit Mississippi along with partner Delta Air Lines have joined forces to launch the Southern USA Specialist e-learning programme.

Designed as a self-guided selling tool for travel professionals, the Southern USA Specialist will provide an overview of Kentucky, Memphis, Mississippi and Delta Air Lines as well as highlighting key USPs.

As an incentive, each destination will hold a raffle offering the chance to win a £50 shopping voucher per month and a five-night familiarisation trip to each destination will be offered to the five top-selling agents.

Agents are allocated one raffle ticket for each module completed. The maximum number of raffle tickets per agent is 36 – the total number of modules.

The programme uses multiple-choice questions with explanations for the correct answer. 

When all the training is completed for a destination the agent will be awarded an e-certificate.
