New South Korea brochure from InsideAsia

by Charlotte Flach

InsideAsia has published its first dedicated South Korea digital brochure.

The new brochure is full of travel inspiration, providing the best times of year to visit, themed ideas for foodies, walkers, and those seeking traditional and contemporary cultural experiences, and the team’s favourite, tried-and-tested places to go. There are also five sample trips, with everything in the brochure linking to the relevant South Korea pages on the InsideAsia website.

The brochure includes some of the ‘must-dos’ for any cultural adventure on the peninsula, including staying in a traditional hanok guest house, exploring Seoul’s traditional bars and street food, and discovering the modern K-pop scene.

There’s plenty more to explore beyond Seoul; for starters, there’s walking in the mountains of Seoraksan National Park, enjoying beach stays on islands such as Jeju, and taking cultural adventures through temple towns and villages.

The 12-night 'Best of South Korea’ trip takes in the food and energy of Seoul, heads deep into the mountains,  stays in a traditional guest house in the UNESCO World Heritage village of Hahoe, rides highspeed KTX trains across the country, explores the ‘museum without walls’ that is Gyeongju, and takes on the huge Jagalchi market in the seaside city of Busan.  Priced from £4,250pp it includes all accommodation with breakfast, all transport across South Korea, some private guiding, transfers and a range of cultural experiences (excl international flights).

InsideAsia’s Trade Sales and Marketing Manager, Matt Spiller, said:  “There is so much to this country and its culture that people don’t always know where to start. That’s where this brochure comes in handy for clients and our agent partners.

“This is still a relatively unknown destination, so we wanted to ensure that we give just enough inspirational overview and cultural insight without overwhelming agent partners and clients. With the knowledge of the team in the UK and great partners on the ground, this is by no means the limit of what we can do, and we can’t wait to show people what makes this country and culture special."
