New online training from A-ROSA river cruise line

A-Rosa River Cruises has launched its first online training course for UK agents, with a cruise prize incentive to launch.

The five module course aims to help agents increase their knowledge on the key USP of the brand, the destinations and itineraries available and how to best sell it.

The modules, hosted by Online Travel Training, include river cruise advantages and the A-ROSA story; what A-ROSA offers and a typical day onboard; destinations, itineraries and international fleet; key USPs; and how to book.

At the end of each module a set of questions must be completed before agents can move onto the next stage. The final module gives details on all the tour operator partners that agents can book through including Newmarket Holidays, Shearings Holidays, Saga and Titan, plus how to become an agent partner.

Once all five modules are passed, agents will become an ‘A-ROSA Expert’ and can print out a certificate.

Between now and November, A-ROSA will enter every agent who completes the course into a prize draw to win a five night cruise on the Seine for two people, plus two places on an A-ROSA educational.

Every agent that completes the course between June 11 and 20 will be entered into a daily draw to win a £40 voucher of their choice.
