Icelandair has announced that Nashville, Tennessee, will become a new seasonal destination in its route network.
From May 16 until October 27 2025 the Icelandic carrier will offer four flights a week between Keflavik and Nashville.
The addition brings Icelandair’s total number of destinations in North America to 18.
Nashville is known for music, culture and cuisine and is the home of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans. Dubbed ‘Music City’, Nashville is the capital of country music and is also famous for pop, rock, gospel and jazz. In RCA Studio B, known as the ‘Home of 1,000 Hits’, visitors can see where Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, Roy Orbison, The Everly Brothers and many more recorded some of their best-known songs.
Bogi Nils Bogason, President and CEO of Icelandair commented: “We are very pleased to add Nashville to our extensive network in North America, linking Music City to our 34 destinations in Europe. We know travellers from the Southeast will greatly benefit from this new service and offer Tennesseans the best options to Iceland and beyond.”
