G Adventures has unveiled its biggest ever Canadian offering, with nine new adventures across six of the country’s provinces.
Highlights common to each include dramatic landscapes, wildlife, culture and community experiences.
Covering the operator’s ‘Classic’, ‘Active’ and ‘Marine’ travel styles, the new trips will take travellers from the mountains of the Canadian Rockies and colourful fishing villages of the east coast to the fjords and national parks of northern Québec.
The trips will cover a broad and varied geographic swath by both land and sea, from Newfoundland with its craggy coastlines, puffin colonies, national parks and museums to the snow-capped peaks, frozen waterfalls and picturesque mountain towns of the Rockies.
The itineraries are tailored for both the winter and summer seasons, with northern Québec offering snowshoeing, lighthouses, ice fishing, dog sledding and chalet accommodation from December to February. From June to September, active travellers can sign up for treetop trail adventures, hikes through Parc Jaseux and kayaking through Saguenay Fjord.
“Demand for Canada is booming, and our agents and travellers have been asking for more ways to explore this incredible destination,” said Bruce Poon Tip, founder of G Adventures.
“These trips are about so much more than seeing Canada – they’re about diving in with both feet and really experiencing the destination.”
The nine itineraries include Canadian Rockies: Northern Lights Winter Explorer, a nine-day trip that explores the landscapes of Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper, before a dive into local culture at Alberta’s Métis cultural interpretive centre where guests will look out for wildlife, learn the stories and traditions of the Métis people, and watch the sky for a chance to see the northern lights. With the first departures from January-March 2026, prices start from £2,249pp*.
Also scheduled is Northern Québec Summer Lodge Escape. Starting in Montréal, this seven-day adventure heads toward the St. Lawrence River and then into the wild. Clients will hike to a lighthouse for great views, visit riverside villages, paddle through the Saguenay Fjord, and stay in a forest chalet with a campfire and s’mores before a final stop in Québec City. Prices are from £1,699pp*, with the first departures in June 2026.
Following the announcement of G Adventures’ Arctic Expedition relaunch, travellers will also have the rare opportunity to journey by sea from Iceland’s southwest coast, around the rugged shores of Greenland to the landscapes of Canada’s easternmost province, Newfoundland and Labrador.
The Iceland, Greenland and Labrador Expeditions option is a 16-day epic journey from Iceland’s southwestern coast, around the shoreline of Greenland, and to Newfoundland and Labrador. Guests will learn more about the landscapes and wildlife through on-site lectures and briefings while exploring the edges of an ice floe by Zodiac, whale watching, and walking the Tundra. The first departures are in June 2026, with prices from £6,099pp*.

Added Poon Tip: “Canada is an incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming destination, offering the very best in adventure, from spectacular landscapes to diverse wildlife, and these new trips mark an important step to opening the eyes of our global travel community to what Canada has to offer. As with all G trips, local communities and supporting small businesses are central to these new adventures.”
