GLOBE HOPPING

This is the heart of the magazine. This section provides readers with a range of travel content from across the globe including in-depth features, short and snappy ‘six of the bests’, educational ‘How to sells’ and colourful ‘My journeys’ across a range of destinations.

BE INSPIRED

Extended section which looks at a theme rather than a specific destination (families, romance, LGBTQ+, wellness). This section can also be dedicated to an entire destination eg. Selling Canada.

THE REVIEW

Includes a round-up of the latest top news stories as well as event coverage and analysis from key industry figures.

Trend Spotting

Golf Holidays

With the U.S. Masters at Augusta, Georgia, kicking off golf’s year of ‘Major’ tournaments in April, we tee up top golf destinations courses around the world and suggest how agents can book them for their golf enthused clients. The feature will include luxury resorts and their golf courses and packages.  

 

Globe Hopping

Botswana

This feature will look into the practice of sustainable and responsible safaris in Botswana including how lodges are lowering carbon emissions and promoting community tourism. New tourism product will also be explored as well as how agents can create packages to appeal to varying budgets.

Austin, Texas

How to make the most of this vibrant city in a few days, including recommended attractions to visit, restaurant hotspots and accommodations.

Sri Lanka

With its rich culture and unique tourism appeal, Sri Lanka is often lauded to be the most diverse island in the Indian Ocean. We look at how destination has enhanced its tourism product to appeal to a luxury-loving client with new hotel openings and experiences..

Peru

The new LATAM direct flight from London – Lima has sparked fresh interest in Peru. This feature will explore how clients can experience highlights such as visiting Lima for culture attractions and climbing Machu Picchu whilst still enjoying luxury properties along the way. New tourism product will also be explored as well as how this country is leading the way for safe travel in Latin America.

Malta

Why Malta is attracting a new clientele thanks to the island being a top LGBTQ+ destination and a film and TV tourism hotspot with Jurassic World, Game of Thrones, Troy and Gladiator all filmed here. With more sun than most other Mediterranean Islands, and lots more cultural offerings it also makes for a great shoulder season destination. New tourism product will also be explored.

Singapore

With new direct flights scheduled to start from June, this feature will provide agents with an update on new tourism product and what to sell for clients travelling to Singapore in 2024.

Why this mountain town is a prime spot for winter sports with a long ski season that runs into mid-April.

From walking and cycling tours to wellbeing retreats, this feature will explore the ways in which the industry is embracing solo travellers and why solo travel is now more popular than ever. We will explore the different ways in which solo travellers can get the most out of their trips ranging from small group escorted tours to dedicated cruises for singles.

Female solo travel

To celebrate International Women’s Day, this feature will look at women’s safety when travelling alone, the countries that are prioritising this and the tour operators that are dedicated to women’s only travel. It will also delve into how operators are giving back to local female communities and highlight what the main concerns are for female travellers.

We round-up the top cruises for solo travellers with no single supplement, from special themed sailings to cruises for singles.

Escorted tours for solos

We choose the top escorted tours for solo travellers, ranging from easy coach tours in the UK to intimate small group tours that venture off-the-beaten-track.
