Explora Journeys has opened bookings for its inaugural global sailing, with the MSC Group luxury brand unveiling a 128-day world voyage departing in January 2029.
Leaving Dubai on January 6, 2029, the full sailing will run through to Barcelona on May 14, 2029. The itinerary includes 12 overnight stays designed to allow deeper destination immersion.
In recognition that long-haul luxury travellers increasingly want flexibility, Explora Journeys has created three duration options:
- 128 days — Dubai to Barcelona
- 112 days — Dubai to New York City (ending April 28, 2029)
- 108 days — Dubai to Miami (ending April 24, 2029)

The shorter options are designed particularly for guests wishing to remain in the U.S. ahead of the ship’s transatlantic crossing.
Anna Nash, President of Explora Journeys, said: “Endless Worlds is an invitation to experience the world as one uninterrupted story — a journey that unfolds gradually, gracefully and with an emphasis on continuity.
“In opening sales, we are inviting our guests to secure their place on a rare voyage designed around the true luxury of time.”
Seven ‘Passages’ shape the journey

The sailing is structured around seven themed segments, or “Passages”, intended to create a continuous narrative voyage.
Highlights include:
- Arabian Peninsula, India and Sri Lanka exploration en route to Singapore
- Bali, Komodo and Papua New Guinea sailing through to Sydney
- Tasmania and New Zealand fjords
- Fiji, the Cook Islands and French Polynesia
- Easter Island and Pitcairn
- Panama Canal transit and Caribbean ports
- Azores, Lisbon and Cadiz before Barcelona arrival
Explora Journeys says the programme reflects growing demand for longer, more immersive luxury journeys.
