UAE flag carrier Etihad Airways has launched a flash sale on business class flights from the UK and Ireland to popular destinations including the Maldives, Thailand, China, Japan and India.
The discounted fares are available until August 30 2024, with special savings extended until September 1 for those booking directly on the airline’s website. The sale is valid for trips between September 15 2024 and 20 March 2025.
Among the deals are business class seats from London Heathrow to the Maldives from £2,375; Singapore from £2,378, and Thai capital Bangkok from £2,240. Business flights from Manchester airport are also on sale from £2,401 to Philippines capital Manilla and £2,541 to Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur.
Special business fares for clients flying from Irish capital Dublin include €2,412 to the Chinese city of Shanghai, €2,555 to Chinese capital Beijing (pictured) and €2,701 to popular Japanese destination Osaka.
“Whether [clients] are planning a winter getaway or need to arrive fresh and relaxed for an important business meeting, Etihad has convenient travel options and some great value fares to make every journey extraordinary,” said Etihad Airways’ chief commercial officer Arik De.
The premium sale coincides with Etihad’s expansion of its network and flight frequencies from its hub in Abu Dhabi to key global destinations. As part of its growth, Etihad will have a daily service to Boston USA from October 27 2024 and Bangkok and Thai beach resort Phuket will be served triple-daily throughout winter 2024.
Along with first-class service and forward-facing lie-flat seats, Etihad’s premium passengers have access to two new lounges at Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport. Passengers in the cabin receive Armani amenities, wi-fi access, noise-cancelling headphones and in-flight entertainment on an 18.5” TV screen.
