Emerald Cruises rolls out agent incentives

Emerald Cruises is hosting a series of agent incentives to celebrate the launch of a new cruising programme.

The training initiatives will educate agents about Emerald’s fleet and itineraries, as well as how to build sales opportunities.

They coincide with the upcoming release of ‘Judi Love’s Culinary Cruise’, a cruising programme featuring the comedian and TV host as she sails through the Mediterranean onboard the Emerald Azzurra.

Agents can receive a rewards incentive with £75 worth of points available for any Mediterranean sailing booked from November 1-29. Prizes include a Fortnum & Mason Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two at Royal Exchange, Ugg slippers, Tom Ford Black Orchid perfume and an Indulgence Hamper.

Those who have earned additional points can claim a private chef experience, three-course meal for two at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill restaurant and a cookery class for two at The Jamie Oliver Cookery School.

The Agent Academy training incentive, meanwhile, is offering the first 20 agents who complete their Emerald Cruises Luxury Yacht Cruises training module an Emerald Cruises Branded Bag.

A suite of marketing assets is also available, as well as a training video on the Scenic & Emerald Cruises Totally Trade Facebook page.

Nick Hughes, Director of Sales – Partnerships and Strategic Growth, at Scenic Group, said: “It is hugely exciting to see cruising return to the primetime TV schedule. Judi Love is a well-loved personality and we loved hosting her onboard during the filming for this series. Seeing cruise back on our screens provides agents with a fantastic sales opportunity and we want to support and encourage our agent partners to ensure they are in pole position to make the most of it ahead of the new series being broadcast.

“We have practical information and advice available across both our training modules and Facebook page to build learning and are continually investing in our rewards scheme so that agents know just how much we appreciate their support.”

The series will showcase highlights on board the luxury yacht. It will air on ITV1 from November 4-8 2024.
