National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions recently welcomed 50 UK-based travel advisors on board National Geographic Endurance for its first-ever UK agent fam sailing.
Sailing round-trip from London’s Tower Bridge, guests embarked on an invite-only overnight departure offering a glimpse of the expedition experience Lindblad Expeditions pioneered nearly 60 years ago, when it led the first civilian expedition to Antarctica in 1966.
Guests enjoyed expert-led lectures, wellness activities, and menus featuring locally-sourced, regionally-inspired cuisine.
Silversea sweepstake shows agent appreciation
To celebrate Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, which runs throughout May, Silversea is offering prizes to agents.
All eligible travel advisors who book their clients on a classic or expedition Silversea voyage this month, will be entered into a sweepstake to win a European Cruise.

Double Doha for Celestyal
Following the success of Celestyal‘s inaugural Doha season, which was extended due to demand, the cruise line will now return to the region with two ships in December this year, and feature twice weekly calls to Qatar.
Its seven-night ‘Desert Days’ cruise sails roundtrip from Doha, calling at Sir Bani Yas Island, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain, with an overnight stay in Dubai. Prices start from £1,138 for two people on a seven-night voyage, with all meals, soft drinks, Wi-Fi and gratuities included.
Holland America Line announces 2027 Grand Voyages
Holland America Line has announced itineraries for its two ‘Grand Voyages’, sailing in 2027.
The line will offer a 129-day circumnavigation of the globe on the ‘2027 Grand World Voyage’, on Volendam, and a 70-day, region-specific in-depth exploration on the ‘Grand South America and Antarctica Voyage’, on Zaandam.
Each voyage will call at ports that are exclusive to Grand Voyages, giving guests experiences not found on any other Holland America Line cruises.
