Renowned British astronaut Tim Peake will join Queen Elizabeth for a special Alaska sailing in July 2026 as part of the cruise line’s Insights Programme. Peake, who spent over six months aboard the International Space Station between 2015 and 2016, will be a guest speaker on the 10-night voyage departing from Seattle on July 20, 2026.

During the cruise, guests will have the opportunity to hear Peake speak live at the Royal Court Theatre, where he will share stories from his time in space and his earlier career with the Army Air Corps. His talks will delve into the science of space travel, the experience of life aboard the ISS, and personal reflections, followed by a Q&A session.

The voyage itself includes stops at Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Wrangell, and Victoria (Canada), with prices starting from £1,459 per person based on two sharing a Britannia Balcony stateroom.

      Riviera promotes festive cruising with giveaway
