AmaWaterways has welcomed AmaMagdalena, which will navigate Colombia’s Magdalena River.
Two seven-night itineraries, ‘Magic of Colombia’ and ‘Wonders of Colombia’, will sail between Cartagena and Barranquilla and include a private celebration of the Barranquilla Carnival; a guided heritage tour and jazz performance in the UNESCO-designated city of Mompox; birdwatching of rare endemic species; and a musical and historical exploration of Palenque – the first “free town” in the Americas.
Optional pre-and post-cruise land packages are available in Medellín, Cartagena and Panama City.

Cunard reveals part one of 2026 Event Voyage schedule
Cunard has unveiled part of its 2026 Event Voyages schedule, curated in partnership with big names in entertainment.
The first phase of the launch has introduced five seven-night itineraries from May to November, 2026, including ‘London Theatre at Sea with the Olivier Awards’; ‘Anthony Inglis and the National Symphony Orchestra’, and ‘Wellness at Sea, in partnership with Harper’s Bazaar’.
The voyages feature exclusive performances, and hands-on workshops, with world famous performers and experts from around the globe.
Sky Princess will host Latitude Cruise Conference
Princess Cruises will partner with The Advantage Travel Partnership for the 2025 Latitude Cruise Conference, sailing on Sky Princess from Tuesday October 14 to Friday October 17, embarking in Southampton and disembarking in Hamburg, Germany.
The theme of the conference will be ‘The Sky’s the Limit’, with three nights on board and excursions in Hamburg.
