The French river and ocean cruise operator has invested in a new call centre which will enable the company to target new audiences and effectively grow the business in the UK.
CroisiEurope is also increasing its sales team with the addition of a business development manager for the Midlands, the north of England and Scotland.
The role will help to build and manage relationships with new and existing trade and industry partners, support the business in delivering strategy and core initiatives, identify new opportunities and support the business at all levels with new lead generation.
