Club Med updates travel agent portal

Club Med has updated its travel agent portal for indirect sales.

The CMTA platform, which is specifically dedicated to travel agents, features commercial information and booking details.

The move is expected to create “a faster and more stable platform” with a 50% increase in application performance.

Highlights include quick price estimations and a streamlined proposal process.

There is a new navigation section for the booking engine with additional functionalities. These include cross comparison of multiple proposals, such as comparing resorts and room categories.

Club Med will also launch its new UK consumer website in late June. It will offer a “minimalist user path” for guests looking to book holidays, as well as those with an existing booking.

Agents can access Club Med’s new portal at

Nicolas Bresch, Managing Director – UK, Ireland and Nordics at Club Med, said: “Our travel agent partners are key to our success at Club Med. We value their support in driving growth for our resorts and destinations around the globe.

“The enhanced functionality of the new CMTA platform aims to build upon our relationship with travel agents by delivering a more advanced system and smoother user experience.”
