CLIA has announced details of its 2027 RiverView Conference, which will mark the event’s 15th anniversary with a two-night sailing on the Danube from Budapest to Vienna.
Taking place from March 5-8, delegates will sail on one of three ships: AmaSofia, Riviera Radiance or VIVA TWO. The programme will include breakfast, dinner and entertainment, with delegates also visiting the other two ships for lunch and a final overnight stay in Vienna.
Vienna will host the conference business sessions, with guided visits to four river cruise ships operated by Avalon Waterways, TUI River Cruises, Scenic and Riverside Luxury Cruises.
The cruise will also call at Bratislava, Slovakia for the first time, where delegates will attend a networking trade fair and have the option to join local excursions.
CLIA has also introduced a new ‘Lite’ registration option, running from March 6-8. It will be based in Vienna and include the business sessions, overnight stays on TUI River Cruises and Avalon Waterways, lunch on Scenic, a supplier networking afternoon and visits to participating river cruise ships.

“And our new ‘Lite’ option will give even more agents the opportunity to be part of the celebrations, while joining on a shorter itinerary.”
Registration will open during CLIA Cruise Week, which begins on September 14. VIVA Cruises will also offer a two-night pre-conference sailing onboard VIVA TWO, with application information available at registration.
