Carnival add USAirtours to crew

Carnival Cruise Line has a new partnership with USAirtours, designed to enhance its trade-only booking office, named ‘Crew’.

As the official booking platform for Carnival packages, Crew, established in 2022, offers agents the ability to sell ATOL-bonded packages through a dedicated team of specialists at trade-specific rates.

The USAirtours partnership, which started this month, gives agents access to a wider array of package options. Flights, pre- and post- cruise accommodations, transfers and attraction tickets are available.

Luke Smith, Director UK & International Sales at Carnival Cruise Line, said: “We are committed to delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests and agents. By joining forces with USAirtours, we are enhancing the capabilities of Crew, ensuring that agents have the tools and resources they need to create amazing cruise holidays for their customers.

“Our previous partnership with Aviate has been instrumental in laying the foundations for this progression, and we would like to thank them for their hard work and support over the last two years.”

Jessie Manzi, Head of Sales at USAirtours, said: “We are thrilled to partner with Carnival Cruise Line to enhance the Crew booking experience. Combining our 40 years of expertise in long haul, tour operations with all 27 of Carnival’s fantastic ships, we can create unique itineraries, which include exciting stopover cities on route to embarkation, and multi-centre post-cruise experiences. It means agents can offer their customers some of the best cruise packages in the market at highly competitive prices.”
