Azamara Cruises is giving guests a first look at its highly anticipated 2029 World Cruise Collection, breaking with tradition by offering three separate ways to sail the globe next year.
Sailings will range from 139 to 195 nights, with the marquee 195-night voyage aboard Azamara Quest running from San Diego to Copenhagen. Two shorter alternatives of 179 and 139 nights will also be available.
Across the collection, guests can visit five continents, 40 countries and territories, and 126 ports. Azamara said the 2029 programme will offer more time in destination than any other World Cruise on sale for that year, with 65% of the sailing spent in port.
The full 195-night voyage will include 16 overnight stays and 60 late nights, which Azamara claims is more than any other line offers.
David Siewers, Chief Sales Officer, International at Azamara Cruises, said the collection reflected growing demand for flexibility among world cruise guests.
He added that the emphasis was on time in destination, with more overnights and late nights built into the schedule to allow guests to properly discover the places they visit rather than pass through them.
At 195 nights, the flagship itinerary will take in 40 countries and territories including 12 maiden ports for the line. The route will place particular focus on the South Pacific and the Baltic at either end of the journey.
The shorter alternatives have been designed for guests who want the World Cruise experience within a more compact timeframe. The 179-night sailing runs from San Diego to London, also spanning five continents, and includes 52 late nights, 16 overnight stays and 12 maiden ports.
The 139-night option sails from Sydney to Copenhagen, taking in five continents with 43 late nights, 11 overnight stays and four maiden ports.
The full 195-night World Cruise opens for booking on September 23, 2026, with the two shorter journeys following on October 14, 2026.
