Aqua Expeditions incentivises agent bookings through new website

Aqua Expeditions has launched a revamped website with simpler navigation for users. To reward agents, a US$50 Amazon gift card is available for every new booking made through its new agent portal.

Its responsive design caters to desktop, mobile, and tablet, making the site accessible for users on the go, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.

The newly introduced “Aqua Experience” section includes interactive deck plans on ship pages, which feature clickable pop-ups for each cabin and social space. On the booking pages, an interactive map zooms into the respective ship’s daily course as the user clicks through the day-by-day itinerary. These smart systems allow guests and agents to visualise each vessel and itinerary thoroughly before making a booking.

The new website also introduces an upgraded and optimised agent portal, resource library, press portal, and brand-new guest login system. 

The agent portal offers an automated agent account sign-up process, live online booking options, as well as secure and easy access to a comprehensive “Resource Library” for downloading essential information including sales materials such as flyers, itineraries, rates, departure dates, and more.

Agents will be able to check both FIT and charter availability across the fleet and make bookings 24/7 on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. Suite images and cabin details will also be available for review after selecting sailing dates.

For those looking to gain a deeper insight into selling an Aqua expedition, the portal provides access to Aqua Academy, a library of recorded webinars covering vessels, destinations, and brand pillars. 

The website’s new guest log-in system will allow guests to review past and upcoming bookings, as well as access Aqua’s loyalty program.
