Ponant Explorations is bringing back its exclusive jazz-themed cruise this September, in partnership with the Marseille Jazz des Cinq Continents festival.
Sailing between Montreal and New York, the voyage will feature performances from the Oscar Peterson Centennial Trio, the Papasoff Quintet with Dawn Tyler Watson, Camille Thurman with the Darrell Green Quartet, and Jason Olaine, VP of Programming at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
Blending live concerts, talks, and time with the artists, the immersive journey will celebrate North American jazz in a way that’s accessible for both seasoned fans and newcomers.
HX unveils MS Spitsbergen following multimillion-euro refit

HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions), has unveiled a transformation of MS Spitsbergen following a multimillion-euro makeover.
Refreshed lounges, a new bistro, and a science centre, designed to deepen the onboard exploration experience, will feature on the 220-guest vessel.

MS Spitsbergen will return to the Arctic this summer, sailing in and around Svalbard before continuing east for winter.
Celestyal shares first look at new Celestyal Discovery cabins

Celestyal has revealed the first images of its upgraded cabins aboard Celestyal Discovery, following a major winter refit in Athens.
The 1,360-guest ship re-entered service in March to kick off the line’s Mediterranean season and will head to the Arabian Gulf in December for its debut in the region.
Enhancements include 47 new staterooms boosting premium capacity by over 50%. An additional 15 interior ‘Cosmos Cabins’ brings total capacity up by 7.4%.
Celestyal Discovery will make its Arabian Gulf debut on December 12, 2025, and will offer three, four, and seven-night cruises from Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha through March 2026, with Gulf seasons planned for the next three years.
AROYA Cruises sets sail for the Mediterranean

AROYA Cruises will begin its inaugural Mediterranean season starting on June 28.
Running until mid-September, AROYA’s six and seven-night cruises will visit ports in Turkey, Greece and Egypt, blending iconic destinations with Arabian-inspired hospitality. Stops include Marmaris, Athens, Mykonos, Rhodes, Souda Bay and Alexandria.
Since its maiden voyage in December 2024, the vessel has welcomed over 70,000 guests during a successful Red Sea season.
