Top Villas has launched a new hot-desking initiative at its office near Canterbury, designed to bring travel agents and industry partners closer together.
As an increasing number of luxury travel agents transition to an independent contractor model and with more agents now working from home, Top Villas wanted to bring people together both physically and professionally.
Based at its offices at Bramling House, Canterbury, partners can work in a professional office environment, build relationships with the team and access tailored training.
The initiative will also allow agents to partner with the villa rental provider, providing access to hands-on in-person support via the agent portal and marketing suite. Top Villas has a portfolio of over 14,000 properties across 150+ destinations.
The facility will be open on weekdays from 09.00-17.00. Spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance by pre-booking via WhatsApp or emailing bela@thetopvillas.com.
Edward Frampton-Fell, Top Villas’ General Manager, said: “We felt there was a lack of opportunities for independent travel agents to work closely with the primary travel companies they collaborate with within the UK. Given the industry has made huge shifts to home working in recent years, and more luxury agents are transitioning to become independent, we felt this was the type of meaningful initiative that was needed in the UK travel market.
“Our hopes for our hot desking initiative is that it provides a useful, in-person space for agents working with us to connect and grow alongside industry peers, strengthening our relationships to deliver meaningful experiences for more holidaymakers.”
