AAT Kings’ new trade incentive is offering agents in the UK and Ireland the chance to secure a place on an exclusive hosted fam trip in Australia.
The initiative forms part of the operator’s A-LISTERS ON LOCATION programme, which debuted in 2025 with 20 top-performing agents from key global markets touring New Zealand’s South Island.
For 2026, the exact destination in Australia is yet to be revealed, but the experience will take the form of a bespoke five-day itinerary in September. The prize includes return economy flights from the UK, five nights’ accommodation, guided touring, most meals, and an awards dinner celebrating top-performing agents.
Two places will be allocated to agents from the UK and Ireland, with selection based on a combination of sales performance and engagement with the brand.

Agents can qualify via three routes: the agency achieving the highest AAT Kings Guided Holidays and Short Breaks passenger numbers during the incentive period; the agency delivering the highest year-on-year growth for 2025/26; and two global “wild card” entries drawn from participants in the A-LISTERS Training & Rewards programme.
The incentive period runs until July 31, 2026, with all qualifying bookings required to depart before March 31, 2027.
The programme is supported by the A-LISTERS Travel Agent Portal, a dedicated trade platform offering on-demand training and resources. The hub features podcasts, videos, marketing assets and sales tools, alongside a structured Learning Hub where agents can complete quizzes and progress through tiered levels, from ‘Go-Getter’ and ‘Rising Star’ through to ‘A-LISTER’ status.
The operator said the initiative is designed to reward high-performing agents while driving deeper engagement with its product range and boosting sales across key markets.
