A-ROSA River Cruises’ new ‘Why Now? Why Not?’ marketing campaign is designed to highlight to agents the excellent value offered by an all-inclusive river cruise.
Centred around the line’s time-sensitive peak summer offers, the campaign showcases the different elements that make up a river cruise experience and how they are a cost-effective option, particularly as elsewhere prices for last-minute flights and accommodation bookings continue on an upward trend.
Prices start from £1,329pp, with packages including flights and private transfers, food and drink.
And with ships featuring spas, swimming pools and stopping at different destinations each day, A-ROSA wants agents to recognise how river cruising offers more value when set against other types of holidays in Europe this summer, such as city breaks and resort stays.
A-ROSA is each week using its marketing channels to highlight different areas of their product, putting a spotlight on elements such as its family offering for key school holidays dates, the many inclusions in their Premium All-Inclusive tariff, and their wide choice of European destinations.
Lucia Rowe, Managing Director at A-ROSA River Cruises, said: “Europe is always such a popular choice for a summer holiday, but this year prices for elements such as flight and accommodation are high as the cost-of-living crisis continues everywhere.
“As agents continue to search for affordable summer options for their clients, we saw the value in creating a campaign that clearly puts river cruising up there as a viable option that they must consider, and we want to do all we can to ensure they offer it to customers as an alternative for city or resort stay enquiries.
“We know that holidaymakers want to feel they are getting value for money and an experience that is special to them. This campaign is all about bringing to the forefront those moments that are completely unique to river cruising, whilst also showing that due to all the inclusions it offers fantastic value for money.”
To incentivise agents, A-ROSA has launched a new competition that means one winner will be the owner of a Two Bare Feet stand-up paddle board worth over £400.
All agents who make a booking between now and June 16 will be entered into a prize draw and the winner will be picked at random after the closing date.
