A-ROSA opens Rhine 2024 bookings

A-ROSA has opened bookings for its Rhine 2024 sailings on two new ships, A-ROSA ALEA and A-ROSA CLEA

The latest additions to the fleet will begin their season in April 2024. Both ships will sail itineraries covering the Northern Rhine, the Southern Rhine and the Moselle.

There will then be seven-night A-ROSA cruises from early May until October, followed by five- and four-night sailings. Christmas markets and festive options will be next.

Guests can enjoy special introductory prices for 2024 bookings made this month. Prices start from £899pp for a five-night cruise and £1049pp for a seven-night cruise on a Premium All-Inclusive basis and including flights.

A-ROSA ALEA will start the season on April 5 2024, with seven-night ‘Southern Rhine Experience’ itineraries offering a roundtrip from Cologne calling at Rudesheim, Speyer, Breisach, Basel, Strasbourg, Mainz and the famous Loreley passage via Koblenz.

A-ROSA CLEA will sail from April 7 on seven-night ‘Rhine Experience North’ itineraries up to the Netherlands with the chance to join an optional excursion to Keukenhof Gardens during its annual springtime tulip flower festival. Departing from Cologne, it will call at Willemstad, Ghent, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Hoorn and Nijmegen.

At 110 metres, both ships are the shortest of the cruise line’s vessels on the Rhine, allowing space for 138 (A-ROSA ALEA) and 140 (A-ROSA CLEA) guests.

Lucia Rowe, Managing Director at A-ROSA River Cruises UK & Ireland, said: “We have some amazing launch prices for our two new fleet additions, offering passengers fantastic value for money. Alongside the week-long options, the four- and five-night cruises will cater for the growing demand for shorter trips.

“However, our introductory offers have limited availability so now really is a brilliant time for agents to promote our river cruises, both to those who haven’t tried it before and those who would like to try A-ROSA’s flexible and relaxed offering.”
