A-ROSA River Cruises will again offer children’s swimming lessons onboard its flagship family vessel, A-ROSA SENA this summer.

An extra date has been added to last summer’s schedule, with three sailings plus the addition of a new course aimed at children who are more experienced swimmers and want to increase their stamina and technique.  

Working in partnership with the Wasserlust  Swimming School, A-ROSA says it is the only river cruise line to offer swimming lessons.  

These will be available on three summer departures: July 27, August 3 and 10.  

Beginner and intermediate courses will be available for children aged four and above.  

Each course will include six  30 or 40 minutes-long  lessons taught by a qualified swimming instructor and cost €149 per child. 

 A-ROSA SENA’s pool is located on the ship’s expansive sundeck, next to the separate children’s splash pool. 

A seven-night ‘Rhine Experience Amsterdam and Rotterdam’ trip on A-ROSA SENA costs from £6,076, based on a family of four sharing a family cabin and departing  August 10 2024.  
This round-trip cruise on the Northern Rhine departs from Cologne and visits Amsterdam (overnight), Rotterdam and Antwerp (overnight). The price includes return flights from Heathrow, seven-night cruise in a family cabin on a premium all-inclusive basis plus a city tour in Rotterdam.
