Travelsphere has updated its loyalty scheme, introducing a new tiered rewards structure that offers discounts based on the number of days customers have travelled with the escorted tour operator.
The revised travelmore scheme replaces a points-based approach with four membership tiers, rewarding customers with savings on future bookings across the operator’s portfolio.
Customers who have travelled for one to 20 days qualify for the Traveller tier and receive £100pp off a future booking. Those who have travelled for 21 to 49 days move into the Explorer tier, receiving £125pp, while customers with 50 to 99 days of travel qualify for the Discoverer tier, with savings of £150pp.
Globetrotter members, who have travelled for more than 100 days, also receive £150 per person, along with flexible travel amendment benefits.
The scheme has also been applied retrospectively to those who have travelled with Travelsphere since January 1 2021. Eligible customers have been issued travel credits matching their membership tier, which must be redeemed by the end of August.

Travel credits will be issued to customers, or to the travel agent through whom the original booking was made, after they return from their trip.
Charlotte Field, Marketing Director at Travelsphere, said: “We wanted to create a loyalty programme that genuinely rewards customers who choose Travelsphere time and time again, with benefits that grow alongside their travel experiences.
“That’s why the new and improved ‘travelmore’ is based on days travelled rather than points earned. And this is just the beginning, as we have exciting plans for ‘travelmore’, with new benefits, rewards and experiences.”
The 12-day Livingstone’s Africa – Victoria Falls, Botswana and Zimbabwe tour visits Victoria Falls, Kasane, and includes a Chobe river cruise, a tram ride through Zambezi National Park to the Victoria Falls Bridge, a dinner cruise on the Zambezi River and a trip to Hwange National Park. Priced from £4,949pp, with up to £150pp off via ‘travelmore’, the deal includes return flights from London, overseas transfers, nine nights in four-star accommodation, select meals and a specialist local guide. It departs on March 3 2027.
