Orlando, Greater Palm Springs and Oklahoma City will be engaging with agents over the next few weeks as the latest destinations to showcase their attractions in Visit USA’s series of educational webinars.
The weekly 30-minute online presentations, which run most Tuesdays at 14.00, update agents on key selling points, tips and news to enhance their destination knowledge.
They each feature a Visit USA member, that is a state, region, attraction, transport operator, accommodation provider or tour operator.
On May 26, find out what’s new in ever-evolving Orlando, from exciting theme park attractions to dining and entertainment experiences. Agents will also get hands-on with the Orlando Travel Academy’s brand-new AI-powered Itinerary Builder – an exclusive free tool for graduates designed to transform destination knowledge into polished, multi-day Orlando itineraries.

On June 16, Visit Greater Palm Springs will woo agents with an overview of the California destination, highlighting how it should be sold as a year-round destination.
Just an easy car ride from Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas, Greater Palms Springs is Southern California’s spirited escape for visitors in search of relaxation, adventure, pampering, a modern lifestyle and entertainment.
Greater Palm Springs features nine distinct cities: Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio and Coachella – and each offers dramatic views, sunny skies and moonlit nights, plus luxurious resorts and boutique hotels, world-class spas and wellness facilities, championship golf, dining and entertainment.
Other topics covered will include accessibility, outdoor adventure, arts and culture, major event, shopping and cultural experiences.

Oklahoma City & Chickasaw Country, where “The Modern Frontier Meets Native America”, will present on June 23.
Agents will learn all about these two adjacent Oklahoma destinations, where Route 66 energy, cowboy culture, First American heritage and big-hearted hospitality come together.
In the state’s south-central area, it features buzzing districts, museums, a thriving food scene, Chickasaw storytelling, cultural treasures and outdoor adventures – and the webinar, which will also feature practical itinerary ideas, will bring Oklahoma’s modern frontier to life.
This webinar is ideal for travel agents and tour operators selling Route 66 holidays, fly-drives, escorted tours, tailor-made USA itineraries and alternative city stays.

Visit USA’s webinars have proved increasingly popular with agents since they were launched in 2025, says Kate Kenward, Visit USA CEO.
“A lot of the same agents are tuning in on a weekly or very regular basis, and we are delighted to see that they are finding them so helpful.”
Other Visit USA members to feature on Visit USA’s webinar programme include Amtrak Vacations, Fort Myers (Florida), Kentucky, Flagstaff (Arizona), Hawai’i, Park City (Utah), St. Louis (Missouri), Fort Lauderdale (Florida), Nevada, Portland (Oregon), Rocky Mountaineer’s Canyon Spirit, JetBlue, St. Pete-Clearwater (Florida), Oklahoma City, New York City and Missouri.
These and other previous webinars can be found in a ‘library’, which anyone can access on Visit USA’s website page.
